Adding weight to grip and putter head

I’m sure there are probably other threads on this but I couldn’t find them. 

What are the effects of adding weight to putter grip and head? I have a weight kit for my KS1 where I can add 50g weight to the grip and can change the standard 10g weights (two in the head) to 15 or 20g. What would this effect for my putting?

It would impact total weight and swing weight.   It would potentially change the feel and speed of rotation of the putter through the stroke.   All of this could impact startline control and distance control.

With the weight in the grip, you lose some feel of the putter head.  I have been experimenting and the slower the greens, the heavier the putter head works best for me.  Fast greens go light.  Far from scientific, but I have truly enjoyed trying the different weights.
