fixyurdivot
Grabbed the spare laptop and have it streaming thru the TV. Besides the free access (totally fantastic), absolutely nothing compares to Masters coverage. In addition to the history of the place/event it is what makes it so unique to me. In a weird way, I'm glad that's the case as it makes it stand out above any other sports venue IMHO. Not finding any of the LIV players on the "featured groups", I've had to switch to the successive hole options to catch some of their play. I am still a big fan of many of them and miss seeing them in main tour events. Do you think the coverage choices and/or pairings were influenced by the elephant in the room? Rahm seems to have that "I'm donning the green jacket" look about him. If he's not the leader come Sunday, I'll be surprised. Bummer about Will Z., I thought he would be in the mix on Sunday, so much so I did him a favor a did not pick him in any of the contests. Sorry Will Z. owners, I was actually trying to help... honest . Lots of golf and typical Masters drama to play out... going to be a fun, long weekend. Watching many of the players ball flights over the course of the round (lots of left and right movement), I'm amazed more don't catch part of that tree line. Perhaps its because they hit so much higher than amateurs they (trees) aren't a factor? For me, from that tee spot, I might get 2/10 out the end. fritzychacho
So glad my paternity leave included this week, luckily my daughter slept most of the day and I was able to catch a good chunk of the coverage. Love the storylines unfolding already. Watching Tiger's featured group on ESPN+, got a front row seat to Hovland having a day. Is it finally his time for a big win? Also was great to see Rahm bounce back after a rough start. Not a LIV fan but intriguing to see Brooks up there too, especially after how he was portrayed on that Netflix doc it seemed like he felt his best days were behind him. Can't wait for tomorrow and getting to watch Rory and Morikawa a little more. Greatest week of the year! Hope everyone enjoys it!
