*unofficial review * Temu NoName NoBrand golf sneakers.

I bought these October 2023, paid under $12, from Temu. I m not subtle when it comes to fashion, and these caught my eye immediately. They had Reviews with pictures,  and one of the best features listed was actual rubber soles.

I wanted something for warmer weather,  and these are 100% woven uppers. When I bought them they were originally listed under "golf sneakers" from the search I had made. (We all know how search metrics work, ie amazon, wm, etc) For the price it was worth the risk. If they didn't work, I'd return them or donate to goodwill.

I have worn them for a minimum of once a week, sometimes multiple times a week. Primarily for on the course, range areas, and even in the backyard for practice.  I rarely change shoes AT the course, so they get worn before and after as well. (Driving, errands, trips through grocery stores, etc)

It's been 5 months since purchased, and they are holding up well. I replaced the insoles after week 1, just because I prefer a thicker gel insole over the standard flat insoles most cheap shoes come with. The only adjustment was to the laces from this.

They have been through a washing machine 5 times (once per month) as they are cloth and the slightest damp ground or wet areas on the course imbed dirt easily. I hang them to dry for about 24 hours.

To say I'm impressed, says alot. I like value for my dollar, and these definitely have exceeded my expectations of them lasting more than a couple months. I have a heavy heel and instep, wide foot, and these fit well. Only weardown showing is on the heel portion of the sole. They grip well on dry courses, do fairly ok on wet grounds.

They are listed at $16- $20, but as a trick, leave them by themself in your cart, and within a few days or less there is usually a discount offer on them. They also claim to have "plus size" available too that goes to size 13+.

As always, do your diligence in reading the size charts,  reviews (with pictures), and make an informed decision based on your needs. As I've displayed, here are  different ads for the same shoe, at different price points.

They also have them in other colors and print styles.

They looked terrible at first look, but they have kind of grown on me.  Nice pick up

I added some images that show different color options.

@Rob Person curious if you’ve had them around any damp grass? Been on the Temu kick myself. Waiting for a few things to come before I dive back in. But the shoes on Temu look great.

Yes, and they offer no protection from moisture around the upper.  They are very breathable shoes...lol

Would you might leaving a link to the shoes? I bought a push cart over the winter and have waited to use it till I could get some more comfortable shoes and a little dryer weather. Trying to cut some more lbs and golf at the same time seemed like a great idea lol

I have a cobra rad speed driver, cobra fly z 3 and 5 wood, taylormade m1 irons (5-PW), Top Flite Gamer wedges (52,56,60), and odyssey white ice putter. When I’m playing to keep score I typically play the Maxfli Tour X. When just getting a round in with friends or scrambling I play whatever I might find on the course or might find at the bottom of my bag.

@Rob Person Have you thought about spraying them with Camp Dry waterproofing or another spray waterproof brand to help with the dirt and moisture?

I have a can of some canvas tent dry product. I may try that down the road when it's time to replace them as a tester on the old ones. I do like how breathable they are though
