StrokerAce
ditto on the night golf! when I was in the Corps I loved shooting tracer rounds on the rifle range. I'd love to see glowing balls flying through the sky. I wish there was a way to locate your ball when you hit it ob. if there was an audible sound or something. would speed everything up because when 1 person in a 4some hits their ball out usually everyone is looking around for it and occasionally they find it. I wish ALL courses had warm up ranges - not nets, but actual ranges. I wish there were more bathrooms on courses and water every 3 holes on EVERY course. I wish carts were BANNED from most courses and they encouraged walking for everyone that wasn't handicapped. I have the Epix (mostly bought for running/hiking, but the golf app is an added bonus) Since there have been a lot of night golf comments, which I could not agree with more, I'll go in a different direction - put a camera at the first tee box, and each par three, and then play them live in the clubhouse/bar area. DiscipleofPenick
I'll put another vote in for night golf, that would be a blast to do as a semi-regular thing. I wish there was a local collective that all the courses would sign up to (more than just USGA or something) where all courses would operate more or less under the same rules. This isn't more for course conditions, but for operations one could expect when playing the course. They could train the counter staff, starters, and rangers to actually be efficient and consistent. And all the courses would have the same tee time schedule (every 8-10 min), all refuse walk up play at these same times etc. TJ Hall, Rob Person, sirchunksalot and 1 other 3 1 Quote Take Dead Aim Driver: PXG 0211 10.5* Fairway: Titleist 917 F3 15* Hybrid: Adams Idea Pro Boxer Gold 18* Irons: MacGregor MT-86 Pro Wedges: Vokey 50/54/58 Putter: SeeMore X2 Costa del Mar Ball: Srixon Z-Star
