Good morning everyone!

I'm enjoying some coffee and trying to get energized for the day ahead. I think the wife wants to run some errands later and we'll get to hang out for a bit.

I know I'm starting to anticipate the Kingsmill outing as I was dreaming about it last night. At least there's only about 60 more days to go before we all tee it up together.

Good morning everyone and TGIF!

I'm glad the weekend is almost here, just one more day of the grind to get through before we get it started. The weather decided to have a sense of humor this morning and turn cold. I looked at the weather channel and saw a frost warning for this morning.

I enjoyed what of the community call I could yesterday, it was great as usual. I had to go to the doctor for my yearly and all the preliminary stuff looked good and now it's just waiting for the results of the blood work.

I had to jump on late and cut it just a hair early due to arriving home after my annual exam. On a positive note, my doctor said something to the effect of I need extra fries.

Maybe it was exercise.... Who knows?

I enjoyed what of the call I got to listen to, as always it was some great discussion.

Good morning everyone!

It's community call day and I'll pop in on my drive home today. I have a doctor's appointment after work and will be on the road about the time it starts. I was supposed to play today and had to cancel, so I'm a bit bummed about that.

I actually slept until my second alarm sounded this morning, I don't know what happened to the first one because I don't remember hearing it.

I feel you, they have it perfected and sometimes think it's a genetic thing they're born with.

Mine hit me with it today, I thought I had a doctor's appointment to establish myself as a patient and get a colonoscopy scheduled and blood work. (I've never been good at taking care of myself).

I got there today and found out it's tomorrow. Well, I had a round scheduled for tomorrow and won't be able to make it if I go to the doc. I had to cancel the round because I knew I would get the death stare if I chose to play over going to the doctor. I can be wise sometimes.

She still have me the look after getting home and explaining everything, I'm am glad she worries about me.

Good morning everyone!

It's a pretty nice morning here after some rain yesterday. I'm just arriving at work and drinking a little coffee trying to wake up. I have busy evenings this week and that throws off my routine a little bit.

At least it's hump day, which I'm having a hard time remembering because I was off Monday. Right now I'm planning on playing after work tomorrow and getting one more round in at Bear Trace before the summer rates kick in.

Good morning everyone!

It's a windy morning and there's rain in the forecast for later on today. I'm just glad the rest of the week is looking pretty good.

My coffee is going down good and hopefully it'll motivate me to get through the long day I have ahead. We have a connector class for about an hour and a half after work I have to stay over for. That's been a big issue at work and they want to go over the basics with us.

My wife and I had a random conversation on the way to the doctor today. We were talking about her making a hickory sauce for chicken sandwiches because she loved them from Denny's. She was telling me that she used liquid smoke to get the hickory flavoring, but the recipe called for smoked salt.

Wait... What?

I didn't know you could smoke salt.

I know what I'm going to do the next time I throw something in the smoker, I'm going to make some salt, too.
