Try out those enchiladas with the leftovers!
I made a mistake and poured BBQ sauce on the whole pan. I should have left it unsauced and just let everyone out their own on the sandwiches. I'll keep it in mind for the next time since I cut the shoulder in half and will be doing it again soon. My wife has also talked about making carnitas out of it the next time.

I did a little bit of smoking today, I made pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, and smoked a bologna for some friends at work.
It all turned out amazingly well, although I just picked up the bologna from Walmart.
I added some buttered up Ritz crackers to the macaroni when we heated it up for supper. I'm now regretting my choice to eat seconds, I'm almost too full.

Good morning Spies!
My final review is up HERE
It was an absolute honor being selected for this test and one that has dramatically improved my golf game. It has made me understand some changes that were needed and given me the ability to put focus on making those changes.
I hope that I did the forum justice with the review and want to thank everyone for following along.
That was a great read and I think you did the forum proud with your review.

Good morning spies!
It's a cool morning here in SE TN and the perfect day to do some outdoor cooking. I'm making pulled pork and Mac and cheese for the family and a bologna for a friend. I've got to get cracking on it after I drink my coffee and wake up a bit.
@Josh Parker happy birthday to your daughter!
@rkj427 have fun out on the course today, I can imagine being able to get out in March in Michigan is a blessing in itself.
I hope you all have a fun, relaxing Saturday.

There ya go! We always make enough for a couple meals. Pulled pork enchiladas are great with the leftovers. A pablano green sauce.
That sounds good! I might have to give that one a try, it sounds like a great way to change the pulled pork up instead of having sandwiches. I did do BBQ potatoes once and those turned out good.

Sounds like a great meal!
I think it will be, it's a small butt and I think I should be able to take care of dinner both Saturday and Sunday with the amount of food we'll have. I love some smoked mac and cheese, I'm gonna add some green chilies and bacon bits to it.

Getting a little prep work in for some smoking tomorrow. I'm doing pulled pork, Mac and cheese, and a log of bologna. I've never smoked bologna, but I was having a conversation with a guy at work where he was talking about wanting to try it and I thought I'd pick one up and make it as a surprise for him.

I'm sorry you had to go through this, but I'm glad to hear you're in the mend.

Good morning everyone and happy Friday!
It's looking like it's going to be an ugly day weather wise here. I started my drive to lightning rolling in the sky and then ran into some torrential rain. It's settled down for now, but it's going to be a stormy day.
I enjoyed the community call yesterday evening, it's just a great way to finish off a Thursday.
I hope you all have a wonderful day!

I really enjoyed the call today, it was fun and informative as it usually is. It was great to hear from @GolfSpy MPR and it's good to see you back on the forum Michael.

Good morning everyone!
It's community call day and I'm looking forward to getting home and talking to y'all.
I could have been going to the course today with my buddies from work, but the wife has banned me from playing this week to allow my sore back to rest. I hate missing out on playing, but she's the smart and sensible one in the relationship.
I hope you all have a great Thursday!

Great writeup @sirchunksalot! It was a great read!
I appreciate the kind works, @jbern . It always makes me a bit nervous when I hit post on a review, especially when I released it a bit earlier that I was asked to. The wife hit me with the ban hammer on swinging a club this week since my back has been out and she wants me to rest it up. I thought I would go ahead and do the review since I couldn't add any more to it without incurring her wrath.

Just picked up some Shot Scope Connex. I've never tracked my numbers and have kinda guessed my yardages. Hoping that this gives me some consistency or at least true knowledge of my distances for some better course management. Biggest selling point was now subscription fees and found it on expert voice for 40% off.
I like the Connex and for the price with all the features you get, you can't beat it. Pro tip: don't lose the putter sensor, they don't sell replacements. I would recommend you manually move to the next hole after collecting the flag otherwise you'll get your next tee shot showing from the green you just finished.

Good morning everyone!
We've got the halfway point of the work week and I'm hoping the last half goes by faster that the first. I think this week has taken about 12 days so far, I think it might have something to do with DST.
Today is delivery day for the new fridge and wouldn't you know it, the old one came back on. We've been using it as an ice box, so my lunch and drinks were in there and am I was getting them out I heard some beeping. I looked and the control panel was on. I guess it's like clubs, when you order new ones the old ones start striping the ball.
I hope today is a wonderful day for all of you.

I'm also in the group that would take the option to play it once. I'm perfectly content to sit at home in my couch and watch it since they have the best golf streaming service of all the majors. I just believe there's so much you'd miss watching it live. I'd probably shoot between 160-200.

@KC Golf @Wheelieb I hope both of you get to feeling better.
@Cfhandyman love the painting and Happy Birthday to your wife!
@EasyPutter safe travels, my friend.
@David Leighton Reid that snake my not be poisonous, but I agree with you that a heart attack would be a possibility if I almost stepped on it.
@Michael.Sandoval33 I hope the procedure went well for Pickles.
@tony@CIC I love having the bottom freezer, it makes things so much simpler instead of having to bend over to dig stuff out of the fridge.

Good morning everyone!
It's a cool morning here and the motivation to go in to work is slightly lacking, but that's why we have coffee. Appliance shopping is exhausting especially when you take the better half along.
@Kenny B that's good to know about the filters, they do seem to really love their product and want a premium price for them.
@cksurfdude it's the fridge part that's not working right, it was up above 50° before my sister-in-law took the ice maker out and that actually allowed some cooler air in and along with a couple bags of ice, it's at 38 this morning.
I'm just thankful we were able to go get one and that it'll be delivered tomorrow. I even paid the haul away fee, $50 isn't a bad price to pay to not have to lug that beast out and try to fit it in a VW Jetta.
I hope you all have a wonderful day!

@David Leighton Reid, is that a copperhead? I can't tell too good in that photo, but I'm glad you didn't have a run in with it. I don't care what kind of snake it was, it would have startled me pretty good. I have a friend that likes to catch them...I think he's nuts. He wouldn't be doing much chasing right now as he broke a toe last night.
The wife and I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger on a new fridge. The control panel still isn't working on our current one. We spent quite a bit of time at Lowe's looking at them because she needed the proper "cheese drawer", which is the long one on the bottom of the fridge. We went with a 30.5 cu ft Samsung and got it at a decent price due to a sale. They're delivering it Wednesday and hauling the old one away.
Not gonna lie, I'm a bit emotional about the getting rid of the old one as it was a house warming gift from my mom. She was so proud to be able to buy it for us and I still think about her every time I open it up.
@GolfSpy_KFTI hope you enjoy your vacation, it looks like a good retreat from the cold climate in Wisconsin. Have fun with the family and I have one pro tip for you: sunscreen.

Speaking of Dan Grieve, I've been meaning to thank you for posting the video of how to chip out of Bermuda. Last time I played it was a real game changer.
