It's always nice to see someone you've done a test with get selected again, because you know they're going to do the work!!!

Congrats guys, you will love these putters,

I guarantee it!

I currently have an ER7 in the bag. I’m often seduced by something new and shiny, like a Scotty Cameron or Bettinardi but I have yet to find anything to replace my Evnroll. I have been really excited to try the ER11v since it’s release but haven’t seen one locally yet. So this is such a great surprise.

I have one round in with my ER1v and I am really enjoying it.  I absolutely adore my ER2 from mygolfspy testing from a few years ago, but the 370g headweight was just something that I wanted to move away from and get into something lighter.  The ERv1 checked all the boxes for me online and when I tried it in the store and it performed well in my first round with it yesterday.

Excited to follow along with the testing thread and contribute my own thoughts as well.

Thanks. I’m excited. Can you share some insight on the process? What are the next steps after being notified?

By now you probably know. 🙂

For newbies or folks who haven't had testing opportunities yet there's all this back and forth that takes place in a group PM with a Mod. and testers.  Depending on the OEM or test there may be some communication between a rep and the testers - that's often the coolest part.  If it's relevant the testers will mention it in their review. In some ways that wait can be harder than the selection process.

Going back to the Wilson D7 forged test there has been a significant lag between selection and reception of test equipment for obvious reasons.  For example by now the Cobra Connect contests would typically be well under way and the Callaway Driver group would be unboxing theirs and reporting on that precious first range session.  I think we waited a bit over a month for the irons.  It's longer now.  But a few years back I got to do the Ping long game fitting test and that took a long time because they had to find Ping reps to fit us and one from our group was in a part of the country plagued by floods.  It was well worth the wait.

Good luck again guys - I love my ER5.  It deposed a putter that had been in my bag for 10 years.  It needs a new grip though - I will have to read how these new ones work out as I think through what I'd like to put on it.

Well, I happened to be 20 minutes from Evnroll so I made a drive. Met Alan who gave me the nickel tour. He was most gracious and liked my shirt. He let me try the ER11v. It felt great. They have a very nice fitting area, complete with a Quintic System. It’s definitely the place to get fitted. Alan even hooked me up with a hat.

Legit! Looks like a great experience!

Over 5K testers with only 4 chosen ... wow.  Have fun with the putters guys.  Looking forward to hearing your results.

So, on the maiden voyage from the ER5v in play, I made some clutch putts. One being a ~15 feet for birdie and a another from ~10 feet swinging putt to save par. Won my match and some 💰💰. Very promising start, rain is clearing this week so I will be getting on the practice green to start collecting data.

The fun has started with ER11v. I have had a chance to try it on the practice green and the course. I did a quick strokes gained test against my current gamer, an ER7. Could my gamer be in peril? 🤔

Got in a round this morning, and I average around 33 putts, and today I had 31. I left 4 right just a roll short dead center and a nasty lip out. Considering all greens still have dead spots from the Winter storm we had, it’s off to a very promising start.

I know that most of the testers may not have a putting board to see roll, but would you guys be able to get out on an early round when the dew is still on the greens and show the difference in roll with your current vs. Evnroll?  I would expect Evnroll to show no skipping at all.

Yeah I play early, and yesterday would have been perfect. I didn’t think to get a picture, but as long as I’m putting on grass, I see no skipping at all. Next time I’m out early I’ll get some pictures

I like this idea.  Put a marker spot on the ground to give reference as to where your put started or something and see how quickly a 15ft putt starts on the ground.
