They just had another case of food poisning or something in one of the local stores here. I do love Chipolte, but I think I'll be avoiding them.

Its the latest fad, the chipotle diet. Its a great way to lose a few pounds.

Chipotle just doesn't do it for me. I grew up in Vegas and one of my best friends was Mexican. His mom was the nicest lady in the world and used to give us food all the time. Just bringing over a platter of enchiladas for no reason at all, other than to share her cooking talents. I guess I'm spoiled. I recently found a really easy way to make some great chicken for tacos in the pressure cooker. Now, I just need to learn how to make some killer enchilada sauce and I'll be set.

Here's my Chipotle story. It's short.

When Chipotle first burst onto the scene, they dropped one next to my college and gave away free burritos on opening day. You guessed it, my friends and I made 4 separate trips that day. After a date with the porcelain gods, I stayed away from Chipotle for about 4 years and now only go if other people I'm with want to go.
