I bought a 6 pounder last weekend, cut it in half since there's just three of us here in the house, and now you have me wishing I wasn't working tomorrow so I could smoke it. It was probably one of the best yet that I've done. I ate a ton of it but I also ended up separating and vacuum packing 4 lb of it for future meals and probably pizza. sirchunksalot
I did a little bit of smoking today, I made pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, and smoked a bologna for some friends at work. It all turned out amazingly well, although I just picked up the bologna from Walmart. I added some buttered up Ritz crackers to the macaroni when we heated it up for supper.
