For me, it would be a mix of all the types of food I've grown up eating (Asian, Latinamerican, European) Entree: Latinamerican Ceviche, marinated raw fish or seafood (cured in lemon or lime), seasoned with aji, chili, onions, salt and cilantro. Some avocado and plantain as side dish.
