It took a while for my order, but Mr. Totten at Edison made everything right and shipped them 1 day air to me. Edison has really amazed me with their excellent customer service! Update: in the first round with the Edison Wedges I chipped one in and flew one in from 75 yards! Found them easy to hit and they were as advertised. I just wish I would have switched to them earlier!

Wow, heck of a start for the wedges! Hope they continue to impress for many rounds!

Very happy to hear you love them so much. I’m planning to order a few as soon as I can figure out the lie angle. BTW did you get fitted or simply took the online "fitting"?

Recommend getting a fitting. I didn’t need one because I had a detailed fitting with PXG and know my specs.

They were great again today and pitched one in and lipped out two more! Great wedges!

Hey Josh, I checked back my emails from about a month ago. I thought I’d recognized the name. We exchanged several messages, figured out the loft of the 3 wedges chosen and you suggested we wait to order after I get a fitting for other clubs and know my lie angle. At the time you had offered the 10% discount.

I still haven’t been fitted yet. If you remember it’s 10 hours drive one-way for me and it won’t happen for another month. But I’m darn anxious to order them wedges! The lie angle will probably be standard anyway. I’m quite a standard fellow

Yeah from time to time I'm able to offer a private 10% off but MGS Forum guys always have it! A proper fitting ensures the best results for sure. If you're confident on length and flex, your lie angle can be changed relatively easy if it needs adjusted. 

I'm a big believer in being fit and being confident that what you're ordering is built with you in mind.

100% in agreement on fitting. Is the lie angle proper and different for each club or the same for all, including putter?

There are different beliefs in lie angle. Some fitters have you hit on a lie board and give your lie based on that. Others actually look at strike location on the face and ball flight to help determine your optimal lie. There's definitely no standard though, as standard lie angle can be different from one company to another. It's also different throughout your bag. I play my driver upright, fairways, hybrids, and irons standard, wedges and putter flat. My wedges are Edison standard but we're 0.5° flatter than most.

I've actually read several articles talking about having wedges more flat to prevent the heel from digging. I like that idea, especially with an LW where it might be open or you may need to ensure you don't dig on something "clippy." I may try this with my next set of wedges to see how it goes.
