Guessing here, but on the RYP page, the banner message says "You pick 5 PGA players for each tournament. You will receive the winnings and the FedEx points of the players you picked." The rank on the leaderboard is based off of cumulative under-par, not FedEx points or winnings though. That might be the source of confusion.

On a different note for anyone who cares / just to stir the pot , here's the staff rankings as of week 2. A fun subplot to keep track of!

That is 100% my confusion Also, don't forget Jamie's entry, which is not (for some reason) under "GolfSpy_APH", as God intended, but under "Jamie Danbrook," whatever THAT means. 

I think the goal of having it be sorted by "under par" was that it rewarded having five picks that made the cut.  I guess I'm just trying to get clarification (yes, even now, only 2 weeks in) about how we'll pick the ultimate winner - whether based on score-to-par, or FedEx points, or total earnings. Or some sort of combo of the three?  Because already, even after only two weeks, there are different leaders depending on how you sort. 

Also, Jamie (@GolfSpy_APH), you have a FedEx delivery. No one was home, so they took back (and, for some reason, "set on fire" per the notification) the custom set of gold-underlaid Mizuno Prototype irons (the gold purportedly made them VERY soft, but kinda heavy) I sent you.  

Oh well. Maybe next time I win the lotto you'll be home to accept delivery of the stupid present I send your way.

You would be mistaken, lol.  No rule stipulates same name required - in the Major Giveaway pick-ems, there usually is, but that's mostly for the sanity of the people handling the oversight.  In this case, it was me doing the oversight, and my sanity is already questionable, at best, so no problem

Ah. Thought that might be the case, but the lack of the /s/ sarcasm font was an important oversight

Also, things on the bottom of the pot typically just get caked on and ignored, so be careful how much you attempt to stir up

With it's party scene and all the buzz that normally surrounds the Phoenix WM Open we thought it would be a good week to kickoff our prizes courtesy of LAMKIN GOLF.

For this week, the first place finisher will win a putter grip of their choice!

You're currently tied for 5th, which is pretty great considering you only have Lowry and Harmon going.  Lowry is playing such great golf right now, it's awesome to see.
