Popular Post Golfspy_CG2
So I had the opportunity to get a pre order of SM!0's in a month or so ago, and they arrived today. What was really cool was being able to customize them through WedgeWorks. There are a lot of great options there for Stamping and colors and you can go really crazy but I kept it pretty simple. I love the way these look. I had the Jet Black on sets ago on my SM8's and they held up very well. oops: Time to update the WITB signature Nick_D, TJ Hall, taylorjonasher and 20 others 3 4 16 Quote G430 Max 10K TSiR1 15.0 Aldlia Ascent 60g TSR2 18.0 PX Aldila Ascent 6og TSi1 20 Aldila Ascent Shafts R T350 5-GW SteelFiber I80 SM10 48F/54M and58K S159 48S/52S/56W/60B Select 5.5 Flowback 35" ProV1 Play number

I don’t know about the author .. but I play AP3’s which have a 43’ PW .. as a result, I play a 48/54/60 wedge set which provides a pretty consistent loft gapping at the short end of the bag. I think going from 54 to 58 through me off but I could see that being a good move. It's a little more forgiving than a 60 and I never take a full swing with my 60 anyway so I wouldn't need to continue consistent gapping at that point. My SM9 was a 48 and I know that distance to within 3 yards almost every time—For the record it’s the only club in the bag I’m that consistent witj. The gap of 6 between it and the 54 doesn’t bother me. I’m not good enough where I degree or loft matters that much. I’m not really keen on bending wedges as it alters the bounce and grind and goes back to that theory that I’m not good enough to adjust to that. Ha. I rarely take full swings with the 48 and 54 so it’s not really that big of gap. As for the WITB it doesn’t show if you are on mobile. But found out that it is closed for a complete remake. I mean I don’t know how they will make it more impressive. But I’ll be anxious to see. But the grinds are in the SM9 are the same as the SM10 F,S and K. I've always been a K grind in the highest wedges, as I pretty much play it exclusively out of bunkers and thick rough around the green. This was my result from the Vokey Wedge Selector. I was 100% confident in the 48 and 54 recommendations as that's what I have been playing. I almost went with the 60 recommendation, but I am just so confident with the 58 out of the bunker right now, I was hesitant to learn a new wedge.
