PMookie
Yesterday my wife and I had to spend the ENTIRE day in a gym watching the girls compete in a gymnastics meet. We got to the gym at 7:30am, and don’t leave until 9pm...So, my son didn’t want to go, but we didn’t have an option. Then, we got a call... One of the kids I coached plays for the Seahawks, and he was back home. He called to see if my son and I wanted to go play paintball. I told him I couldn’t, and I was SO surprised when he asked if my son wanted to go! Well, they picked my son up to go eat breakfast, and then they went to play paintball until it got dark. Then they went to eat dinner!!!My son said he had SO much fun. It was really cool of my former player to bring my son along for an entire day! tony@CIC
This is more of a 'nice thing to do" post. My wife and I are having anniversary dinner in Florida last Friday night. She orders the lamb rare - which the waiter said is the way it should be ordered. The lamb is closer to well done when it arrives. She tells the waiter - "I normally don't complain but since it's our 50th anniversary I wanted the meal to be perfect" . No problem - he takes it away - delivers the rare Lamb. The manager comes over, apologizes and says that since it's our anniversary she will not only comp her dinner but also a round of drinks for us. Needless to say the waiter got a really nice tip. cnosil, PMookie, MattF and 3 others 6 Quote Left Hand orientation SIM 2 D Max with Fujikura Air Speeder Shaft Cobra Radspeed 3W/RIptide Shaft 410 Hybrids 22*, 26* Cobra Speed Zone 6-GP/Recoil ESX 460 F3 Shafts SM7 54* Wedge Glide 3.0 60* Wedge O Works putter V3 NX9-HD - 4 Wheel EZGO TXT 48v cart - too many shoes to list and so many to buy And BAG Boy Golf Balls: Vice Pro Plus 2020 Official Tester Beginning Driver Speed - 78 2019 Official Tester 410 Driver 2018 Official Tester C300

I have wondered that maybe smart waiters sometimes put in the order wrong, make apologies when it comes out, and then get it right just to get a big tip. tony@CIC 1 Quote “We don’t stop playing the game because we get old; we get old because we stop playing the game.”
