txgolfjunkie
So I have this app on my phone six pack in 30 days, that I finally started. OH BOY AM I SORE! my son the marine reminded me that pain is weakness leaving the body. Didn't know I was that weak. Hopefully this will relate to weight loss and muscle gain. I would like to loose 10-12 lbs. Just want to feel healthier. What's important is that you're making a change and have a goal in mind. Stick to that goal in the best way possible but allow for some setbacks if things don't go your way. What's not important is if you can get a 6 pack...because genetics have a HUGE factor in the body's overall composition. Also remember that healthy and fit and not one in the same and the folks that have a 6 pack are usually either starving themselves of carbs, working out excessively, or are fortunate enough to have good genetics and naturally shredded. Some folks will kill themselves in the gym for rock hard abs yet they don't factor in that their parents naturally carry weight around their midsection and sometimes the body just won't allow for a lean stomach. I don't want to give you excuses right off the bat, but sometimes things out of your control dictate your body shape. Keep posting updates with your progress...that's what this thread is for! tommc23, MattF and Rickp 3 Quote Cobra Connect 5 Competitor - Team Chad King Radspeed 10.5* w/ Hzrdus RDX Blue 60 6.5 tipped 1/2" - Peacoat/Red King Radspeed Big Tour 3 Wood w/ Hzrdus RDX Blue 70 6.5 Tipped 1/2" King Radspeed Tour 5 Wood w/ Motore X F1 70 X Flex King Utility 4 21* w/ Tensei Pro White 100 X Flex King Tour MIM Copper Irons 5-G w/ AMT White X100 Onyx King MIM Black Wedges 55* & 60* w/ AMT White X100 Onyx Spider SR Pro V1x Left Dash Lefty

palvord
So I'm super late to posting an update since I first piped up and said I would get back to be healthy. I have always battled consistency in my journey to not be a complete fat ass. I either go all in crazy work outs, rigid diets, strict measurement goals etc. or am all about the fried food, cake, and laziness. I was inspired by a video at work today where one of our leaders talked about his guidelines for wellness and it was a nice wake up call that all of this is in my control and is actually supposed to take time. So today, for the first time in 4-5 months I walked 10k steps and ate relatively well. I'm calling that a win and am now looking to form a winning streak. Here's to tomorrow and the next step to being consistent. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy Two days in a row of 10k steps. Small changes that are in my control is my current focus. revkev
I had an incredible weight loss day. 1. I bought my first new pair of pants. You might think, about time after 35 lbs., but that shows how tight my pants had gotten. I was in 40's. I'm in 36's now. And they were very comfortable. I still I'm looking at 7 more lbs. I was a 32 in college but a 34 from 25 to 40. I would be great at 34. 2. One of the bag guys at the club said, “Man have you shed the pounds Rev. You look great!†3. And even though I went to Miami and sampled lots of great food including a hot dog and 3 beers at the ballgame - I weigh less today than Monday before I left. Oh yeah and I hit the piss out of the ball on the range - I was carrying my driver all around the flag that I thought was 210 - that would be good enough - when I shot the flag it was 217 - if I can carry driver 217 plus consistently at sea level my handicap will plummet.
