tony@CIC
Got a little emotional when I went shopping today for shirts. Last time I had to emergency shop for dress clothes the best I could do was socks, absolutely nothing came close to fitting. Today I walked into Macy's and went to the normal sized section and walked out with what I needed. Was a really good feeling. ole gray
Great advice - exactly what my fitness coach told me as well but it's nice to have her advice reinforced. I'm sure it's especially the case when weighing yourself every day. I like the accountability that brings. She's going to put together a golf specific workout for me using the equipment that I have already in my home already. The inches are as important as the weight and I'm wearing a pair of shorts that I could only dream of a week ago. Man had I let myself go. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy Atta boy Rev! You keep doing what ya doing and let's commit for the long haul. Masters week is only an intermittent journey to kick start a life time commitment to better health. We got this and by golly we will not only reap smaller waist lines but kick diabetes, blood pressure, and multiple other physical issues in the booty. Hang tough troops!!! Its amazing how long it takes to break the number - but once you do it starts falling off fast. That happened to me this time last year - stuck at 184 then after 6 or 7 weeks it started falling off so much so that I got concerned I had lost too much weight (got down to 169). MGoBlue100
Do you get the message that under 1200 is not good and it won't log the day? As for me, I gained 2lbs.
