Being a hunter and a fan of tradition here's mine

Starter- quail legs wrapped in bacon and some BBQ sauce on them

Meal- duck breast medium rare cooked with sweet potatoes that are roasted and some veggies

Dessert- I would have some fresh ice cream sundaes

I could do that. The course I worked at as a young lad had a wild game dinner, was one of my favorites. I'd add a trout salad to yours and call it a 10 ⭐️ meal!

Fresh flown in Calamari, cut, breaded and fried on site until perfectly crisp but not rubbery. One cold beer please!

 

Table-side tossed & served Caesar salad with fresh flown-in, San Francisco sourdough baguettes cut on the bias & toasted, served with plain butter or a toasted garlic, balsamic & extra virgin olive oil dip. Wine shall be a crisp Napa Valley Chardonnay served at 35-37*

 

Meat ravioli (also flown in from San Fran) in home made marinara sauce served with more garlic sourdough thank-you! The wine here must be a lovely Chianti served at no more than at 44*

 

New York-style cheesecake slathered in the fruit(s) of your choice. Ste. Chappelle Special Harvest Riesling from Idaho served ice cold.

It's interesting how entree refers to the main course in the US/Canada, but in other parts of the world it's actually the dish before.

 

For me, it would be a mix of all the types of food I've grown up eating (Asian, Latinamerican, European)

 

Entree: Latinamerican Ceviche, marinated raw fish or seafood (cured in lemon or lime), seasoned with aji, chili, onions, salt and cilantro. Some avocado and plantain as side dish.

Main course: German Roasted Pork Knuckle (with that crispy skin that is just godly) with a side of potatoes dumplings, beer sauce and Sauerkraut (fermented cabbage)

Dessert: Taiwanese Shaved Ice, with a variety of toppings: fruit jelly, tapioca, taro dumplings, sweet beans, peanuts, etc.

Wine: I don't drink wine, so I can't recommend
