What Cooling Towel Do You Use?

GolfSpy Family,

 

I was wondering what type/brand of cooling towel that everyone uses when they play golf.  I play golf in central Texas and it can easily get over 100 degrees before factoring in the humidity.  I have tried the Mission towel and I wasn't impressed. I had to wet it nearly every hole.

Frog toggs is the best I have used. 100-110 3 months a year here. I wet at before teeing off and at the turn and it's wonderful.

I've owned the Frog Toggs towel as well and it was pretty good. Just ordered two Chill Pal towels from Amazon as they seem to have a lot of really good reviews.

I bought a 4 pack of cooling towels from Amazon.  I believe the brand is Kuen.  Worked great for me last week with that massive heat wave.

I live in W. Texas. It's hotter than you know what at times. But....dry. Big difference without humidity. The specialized towels I've tried really don't work. Within just a hole or two they have dried out and turned into cardboard. But my solution that works is this - use any type of towel you like and then fill the ice chest on your cart with ice water. That's right... keep your towel in there and just wring it out - use it;  then place back in the ice chest. I promise it's better then anything else in any climate. .. Ahhhhh.
