What the *&!!#@ is an aggressive pin?

There is an RBC commercial that includes the line, "Dustin Johnson sees an aggressive pin."  This is just my experience, but I've never had a pin even give me a harsh look, much less act aggressively.

is this the same RBC commercial where DJ hits a 3w off the tee and holes it from about a mile away? 

i don’t think anyone at RBC has ever watched or played golf.

if a “pin” is aggressive to me that means it is tucked behind a bunker getting ready to catch any trolls who “hit aggressively”….

 

weak “pin” placement would be the middle of the green, with lots of wide open pasture to mess up on.

either way, I’ve had one of those so called “agressive” pins, I hit it on the fly and my ball bounded back about 30 yards… now that is an aggressive “pin”… or flagstick as I like to call it.  Some of them aren’t as agresssive and only threw my ball a little off the green, some only a few inches…. Hit a few “pins” in my time. One flag too.
