Got my runs in this week and still have one more day to go.  Trying to hit a minimum of 10 a week to get back into it.

Been doing at least a little something every day. Took an extended power walk with my honey yesterday, couple of hills including one longer steep one up and down, about an hour; then busted my butt moving and reorganizing stuff in the garage all afternoon. Today we played 9 today walking. Then pigged out on pizza!
