Mizuno 221 4 iron possibly broken?

Looking for some feedback on my mizuno 221 4 iron, it looks like it is slightly bent. The clubs are 2* upright, however I don’t think that would cause them to look this offset and now that the ferrule makes it look like the iron head is coming off. Would love some opinions, debating on weather I need to take it to my “local” golf shop since it’s still within the 1 year warranty (“local” is one hour away).

I do know that mizuno is known for the ferrules slipping down I had a set of es21s that had ferrules that would slip down a tad. However I do not use my 4 iron as much as other clubs, and the 4 iron is the only club that has this big of a gap between the ferrule and clubhead.

The shaft is bent.  It will need to be replaced.

Thanks! I’ll try and get it by my local golf shop to see what I can do to replace it.

Shaft was indeed bent, now I wait on a replacement from mizuno!
