For someone who has a game that is precise enough to tell the difference...maybe.  For me, the time and effort to find the perfect spot to hit the ball is wasted with the other variables impacting the overall golf ball hitting process.  Any benefit would be lost in the noise!

For me, I'm better off soaking my feet in an epsom salt bath after a round.
