    • Most teams have their fairway finder hit first so they know they have one in play. I’m that guy. I prefer to let our big hitters hit first, and if they mess up and we don’t have one, let me, the guy that is confident with the driver, take the pressure and hit the fairway. It seems backwards, but think about it: I’m accurate. I know I can keep it in play. If I happen to screw up first, it puts pressure on my team. Give me the pressure. I’ll focus more if I hit last and know I need to be perfect.
    • I hate to say this, but you can find such great deals on used putters, I wouldn’t waste my money on a brand new putter these days. The Lab putters are sweet, but cost like $500. Scotty’s are around $400. Even Odysseys are outrageous! I do LOVE the looks of the new Wilson Staff putters. I talked a buddy into buying the Grant Park style for $96 from my club. I would pay that in a heart beat.    My current gamer is a Scotty I got for $225 years ago from a buddy. I have a Benttinardi I bought from a golf store for $140 I used for awhile and I loved. This year, I bought a putter Zach Johnson donated for $60. I just can’t see spending more than $200 for a putter. I’m just cheap, I guess.
    • I’m a no shades, no hat kind of man. I do have a pair of Blenders I’ve played in, but I prefer no sunglasses. Mainly because I don’t want the tan lines haha
    • I think there was a glitch, so if this already posted, I’m sorry.    I walked over 200 rounds last year wearing exclusively True shoes, granted switching between pairs. My favorite for waterproofing is the OG 1.2. I love the Lux Sport as well, though they did lose their waterproofing after many rounds (like 100).    The wide toe box shouldn’t be a problem for you. Your feet might actually appreciate the extra width, especially if you wear insoles.    if you’re truly concerned, I’ve heard Ecco makes great golf shoes, though I’ve never owned a paid.
    • I walked over 200 rounds last year. I LOVE my True shoes. I have many different versions, but the best for walking when it’s wet is probably the OG 1.2. I do love the Lux Sport as well, but they do lose their waterproofing after awhile.    As for the wide toe box, you will be fine. Especially if you wear inserts, your feet will probably appreciate the extra room in width.    True makes some great shoes and they are all I buy.    If you’re not sold, I’ve heard that Ecco makes some incredible golf shoes, but I don’t own any of them.  I walked over 200 rounds last year.
