Why is it that you can find a ball, use it and like it, but upon losing it yourself, you don’t go out and buy a dozen of them? I guess it was good while it lasted … I’m on the lookout for my next exotic find. A local legend & club champ in his youth, amassed 6,000 found balls. He ended up selling half of them to a public course at $.50 apiece. The best were marked up to $2.50 and the rest went to the range.

I no longer pick up found balls.  I no longer loose that many, but when I did the found balls were never as good as the ones I lost.

Given where I'm located, I can lose a Duo Soft, go looking for it and walk out of the woods with 2 Pro V1s and another handful of Snell MTBs. Why go buy 'em when I can find 'em all over? 😄
