Old faithful

Out of interest what club no matter how much you switch you bag up stays? Whether it be an old ping or some random club such as my nickent BB plus 7 wood. What your old faithful?

My oldest clubs are the SCOR wedges at 10 years old -  going to give replacing them another whirl - if that succeeds it becomes the Ping G410 7 and 9 woods.

Really don’t have anything old in my bag as all have been replaced this past year, driver, fairway woods, irons and wedges. The current putter in my bag is from 2014, a Nike Method Core Drone. I replaced the grip with an Evnroll gravity grip then had a new headcover made from Ace of Clubs.

I have a Cobra F7 3 wood head that won't leave. It's just too good of a club and reminds me of my best round ever where it was my main tee club.

I'm like that with my Titleist  4 wood - actually, it's a 3 that I adjusted to 16.5 with a draw bias, and it still performs well, even if it is 8 years old.  Not to mention my Bobby Jones putter, which is over 25 years old.

This doesn't really count since I just recently moved them out of the bag, but for a long time it was my Adams 02 OS 4Hybrid and a Odyssey White Ice #2 putter.

Until very recently, it was a first-generation Callaway Epic 7-wood that the carbon composite crown completely caved in on and I repaired that crown with black high-impact epoxy. It’s pretty ugly, but it really works for me! I still pull it out of the backup bag in my garage and put it back in my “gamer bag” occasionally, and will probably do so on Monday for league play, because it’s the perfect second-shot club for the only par 5 hole on the nine that we will be playing. I have reached that green, the fringe, or the front green side bunker scores of times using that 7-wood with the 85 gram stiff flex ACCRA Tour-Z shaft in it.

My Titleist 917D2 driver just doesn’t let me down. An upgrade is probably in order and a few more yards could be gained.  But, I can grip down and hit any fairway with a 230-240 stinger like bullet.  When I catch it, it’s 265 carry and 280+ total.  Hard to walk away from that.

Nice to see someone mention a driver. Seems drivers and putters for many of us are constantly rotating in and out of the bag.

Really hoping the new LAB putter ends up being on this list.

My current Putter(PING Answer) I've had for about 10 years and still would have a hard time replacing it. I bought it off a used club rack at the range by my house when I lived in Saratoga Springs, NY. My irons are almost just as old but Ive just been patient on finding the next set of irons I want to commit to for awhile, once I find the set I like enough they'll be in the garage as backups for the sim.

Been using a TaylorMade Tour Burner for over 10 years. Usually hit it about 220-240 and majority of the time I’m in fairway.

Academy Sports still has Xhot stuff where I am from in stock, I have my son my hand me down Xhot driver and hybrid last year .

My go to club is a Bobby Jones 3 hybrid, which I carry instead of a 3 wood.I have looked for years and can't find any wood that can beat this club for either distance or accuracy.

I have a SeeMore Si1 putter that I cannot see ever taking out of my bag.  Yes, I have tried other putters, but alway come back to this one.

I have this Tour Edge 1 Out wedge. I basically got it for nothing when I bought some other Tour Edge clubs about 5/6 years ago. It sat in my basement quite awhile before I even used it. It is one of the easiest and versatile clubs I’ve ever owned. One guy I play with calls it my secret weapon. I have thought about replacing it the last couple of years but I can’t do it because it’s so reliable.

I am not sure how long I’ve had them, but my Nike covert tour 3 and 5 wood, that I set at a 4 and 7 wood loft. Also a titleist 913h 4 hybrid. I think the Nikes have been in a little longer. They may be replaced at some point, but are pretty automatic and are perfectly gapped from my irons. The only reason to replace them would be for something I hit better, which I haven’t found yet.
