I could be totally wrong on this, but I can’t recall Ping being a test in recent memory.

Also, Bad Birdies and Penguin. I’d love to see more apparel! Under Armour perhaps, or maybe FJ?

Wilson also seems to be coming back as a player as well!

I second clothes smaller in known brands like Snowman golf or Kewl Duck or as weird as it sounds maybe like umbrellas! Or rain gloves again for us Midwest chaps

The Ping G430 Max 10k! Is it worth the upgrade from the G430 line of last year? Everything I've seen so far has it with great numbers. 10k MOI without jacking up the spin sounds too good to be true.

It'd be great to see member testing for the Mizuno T series wedges, they look incredible!

Titleist driver, Sim 3 wood, Srixon hybrid, mizuno irons and a 3 ball putter - I’ll play anything

Actually quite intrigued by the new Cobra 2024 putter lineup.

3D Printed, multi-material design, adjustable weights, new face inserts, and now uses the LA Golf descending loft faces. Just in sheer terms of technology going into the design I'm pretty curious about them.

Funny you mention LA Golf. They are the only company that I have had a video call with who has decided to not take part. Not a slight on them at all, it didn't fit what they were looking for I guess and was around the time they had rumors of struggling.

Maybe another time! At least now we have a contact and get look at 2025 or beyond!

The new Bag Boy Volt electric push cart would be great to test.

The fact that it folds up small and can be used as a push cart if the battery dies are great features.

DTC ball comparison, quality as well as performance (distance, spin, etc.).  Lots of offerings in this sector.  It would be nice to put them head to head.  You covered many of them in your 2023 test but there are many more offerings out there.  Who's claims match up to testing?,

Maxfli, Kirkland, Snell, Vice, Inesis, Cut, Seed, OnCore, ODIN, Volvik, Quantix, Piper, Wilson, etc..

I second the Cobra putters. I'm particularly interested in the counter balanced Agera. Agree that the descending loft facing seems pretty cool.

Cobra has done an excellent job first getting into the putter marker, but also being innovative and different.

I would also love to see them come to testing even though putters are truly challenging tests.

Grips

: supply 3 different brands

Different materials, conditions. See how it goes. It will be hard to co-ordinate as most people will likely have to get someone to apply them. But I think grip and grip choice doesn’t get talked about enough!

3 Wood: sim2 max (fuj blue)

4 wood: Cleveland???

2 hybrid: g425 max

3-S: STS catapult graphite shafts

This may be such a stretch of a request but I would LOVE (I mean LOVE) to be able to test out the new Ping Blueprint S irons. I love the look and I played Ping's way back in High School if there were anything I would love to test this year it would be a set of irons. I didn't throw my hat in the ring for the TM Qi10 because, well I bought it haha, I mean my old Sim and TM irons bought it haha. Got to love trade-ins!

Thos looked interesting.  And would make for a good test. They say you can use it with or without balls, connect through their app on any device capable of using it, and it's not priced too badly at $99 . Comes with everything you need.

Payable upgraded features are available (of course!)

I'd love to see test where a brand competes against itself with its various long game options ... something like a company having members test out their fairway woods vs hybrids vs utility irons, with differing handicaps testing all three options head to head.

While I would agree it would be cool, im not sure possible in a forum sense. Most wanted testing covers a lot of that comparison where forum testing is a lot more of brand feature.

What I can say is that there will be plenty of tests where similar products are reviewed and then comparison can be done then between the groups.

I had a new thought. Graphite vs Iron shaft.

I’ve played graphite shaft irons my entire life. Only recently, I bought a singular blueprint 7 iron for practise which has a metal shaft and it does feel different in the swing.  Sure swing weights are different so not an entirely fair comparison. I prefer the graphite. Definitely overlooked. Any options which have non traditional choices aren’t well explored areas.

I love this idea - as someone that has been toying with the idea of going graphite, I think this could be a really fun / interesting test!
