I can also report the customer service and fitting experience was not a one off.  I ended up ordering an Allan, and a Black Ops fairway wood, and the fitting experience and customer service excellence continues.

I would never have expected it, but I’m about to have only two brands in the bag, and one brand taking up 12 spots in the bag!

I need a Pxg store in Arkansas 

I have a cobra rad speed driver, cobra fly z 3 and 5 wood, PXG 0311 P Gen 7 irons (4-GW), 54&58 degree Sub70 246 wedges, Tommy Armour #2 wide blade putter. When I’m playing to keep score I typically play the Maxfli Tour X. When just getting a round in with friends or scrambling I play whatever I might find on the course or might find at the bottom of my bag.

Got a text from Jake yesterday about my fitting today. Phil will be doing it. Hopefully my swing "shows up" for it. 🙂 Or it'll turn into a putter fitting really quickly.

Got out 1 last time before the testing period was over with the goal of finally breaking 80.

That wasn’t in the cards but an 82 is good for my 2nd best round ever and only 1 shy of my new best score as of last week. The GIR wasn’t where I wanted it to be but had several holes where the miss was so small that I may have missed the green by less than 4 ft. Either way it was a really good day on the course and here is the only video I made with one of my favorite pat 3s on the course. 195 yards to the middle with a middle pin, hitting the 6 iron I was pin high just to the left of the flag and missed the 12’ birdie putt but I’ll take a par anyday!

I started this test at a 13.6 or 13.9 I believe. With an immediate jump at the start then a slump somewhere in the middle lol now I will have gone from the 13s to the 11s after finding my groove over the last month. IMG_4184.png.a3e78934742df2c24630fa364fd0393b.png

I was going to say Christmas/birthday money for the BO driver but you’re right I need to get a jump on a fitting at that price and get the driver when Mrs. Coulter realizes the PGA tour is a potentially great investment 😂

Just a heads up. I think either PXG is done with fittings for the season or the $25 offer for all fittings is over after this month. When I went to the website a couple of months ago to look at schedule times and locations you could change what month you were trying to schedule for. I didn’t have that option when I just went to check the website.

I just did the long game fitting yesterday. Do it! You'll only be mad if you don't go.

Call them. That's always the best way to find out for sure. They fit all year round.

Call your fitter directly.  You have a similar situation, no actual store and just the fitter.  He will be the same one to help set it up.

The video I put up on the socials from yesterday’s exploits 

 

 

I have a cobra rad speed driver, cobra fly z 3 and 5 wood, PXG 0311 P Gen 7 irons (4-GW), 54&58 degree Sub70 246 wedges, Tommy Armour #2 wide blade putter. When I’m playing to keep score I typically play the Maxfli Tour X. When just getting a round in with friends or scrambling I play whatever I might find on the course or might find at the bottom of my bag.

Final review is up and just wanted to say a huge thank you again to MGS and PXG! This has been an amazing experience!
