PURE DTX Grips

Just curious if anyone's tried these. I really like my PURE grips for installation and really like the GP Multicompound grips for feel. These seem like a best of both worlds:

I'm hoping some retailers get them soon. As it is, unless you buy in bulk, buying directly from PURE ain't cheap ($9 each + $10 shipping).

Really like Pure grips -- have Lamkin, GP Whiteouts and Pure in my various sets -- like the Pure's the best

I got the Pro's on two sets of irons and I put their new putter grip on my Spider for this year. So far I've had great luck with their grips.

 

I agree though, I want to feel these before buying blind since it's a different texture than I'm used to.

I've wanted to like PURE grips but there's something about them, maybe it's the lack of surface pattern on the Pro model. If these feel like cord or offer a rougher feel then I'll give them a go.

I've been wanting to try Pure grips but none of the golf shops around here have them in stock. I'm looking for something to replace my Lamkin N-Durs since they dont make them anymore

Just as a heads up for anyone wanting to try out the PURE grips but not wanting to spend a ton of money. Usually regripit.com, golfsmith.com and amazon.com are less expensive than buying through the website. You can also find really good deals on the ebay, 2ndswing usually has sets of 13 for around $30 with free shipping.

 

You might be limited in color and grip type selection, but it's a cheap way to find out if you want to spend money on them.

 

Should also note that I have not seen any deals on the new DTX grips, but they just came out.

Hey guys i saw this thread and thought I would find out how you guys like the Pure DTX grips for those that have played them.  I used to play GP V-55 Cord and when they stop making them I switched to GP Tour Velvet Cord.  Do they perform as well as cords?  My hands tend to sweat a lot when i play in the summer and the cords give me confidence to play during all weather but they take a toll on my hands.  Any help would be awesome!!!
