Good morning Spies on a soon to be sunny and mid 70's Masters Sunday from the Motor City.
@Jean D your set-up looks very nicely done, and glad that it all worked out for you.
Spent some time yesterday at the range, and also have a round scheduled for early afternoon today,
Should be back home in time to watch the leaders play the back 9 at Augusta.
Hope that your day is the best it can be, and that something fun and enjoyable is in your plans.

Is it showing the actual scorecard yardages for the holes instead of measured yardages? I know in my last round a par 3 measured at 138 yards but the scorecard showed 151.
No, scorecard yardage ranges from 139 - 183 depending upon tees played and their location.
I typically use a Nikon range finder to get distance to the flag, and the Garmin watch typically matches the range finder reading.
It is when I sync the watch AFTER the round that the shot distance is usually not what was shown initially or even where the ball ended up.
Example: Range finder reads 156 yards, watch reads 155 - 158 yards, and when shown on Garmin Connect scorecard and hole layout it may measure 146 even if the ball was past the measured flag at the higher number.

Question for the testers here, as I have both a S62 and an Epix that I use while out on the course.
Not so much an issue with the watch themselves, but when you download the information to the Garmin Connect feature where the scorecard data and hole and shots are recorded.
I run into this scenario and wondered if any other have seen it too?
Par 3 hole at my regular course, yardage by both the range finder and watch typically shows somewhere between 150 - 160 yards depending upon pin location.
When I complete the round, save the data but then sync the watch and data using the Garmin app on the computer, it typically shows yardages as less than originally measured?
Usually 138 - 146 yards on "scorecard data" versus what was originally seen while out on the course.
Will also have incorrect yardage data on some other holes too, both par 4's and par 5's afterwards.
Wondering if it may be a watch issue or something with the GPS information itself.

With the weather outlook improving over the weekend in Augusta, there are still more than a few who could post a great round score and move up the leaderboard.
Still will come down to who can make the fewest errors, maybe gets the most or best breaks, and who can handle the pressure of the back 9 on Sunday.

Good morning Spies on a cool and very windy Saturday here.
No rain and the wind today will help dry out the course for tomorrow.
@GolfSpy_APH for me personally, the Motocaddy test week was the optimal opportunity for me to apply or have interest in.
Those you listed are great, and from the perspective of attracting new members or sign-ups I believe the Callaway and AutoFlex may have a bigger impact there?
Really all the opportunities are awesome for the members, provided they actually would utilize the product and are not just looking for "free stuff."
Range time for me later today, and I also am changing grips on a couple old putters here, as I may see if they can earn their way back into play.
Hope that your day is the best it can be, and that something fun and enjoyable is in your plans.

It was a pretty good day today until I had a bout with vertigo at work where the world started spinning. Now I'm at the emergency room after the urgent care doctor said I have impressively high blood pressure.
Good times!
Jason, @sirchunksalot hope they get it all sorted out and you get back to normal levels.
Keep us updated.
@RockerFCC cold, windy and rainy here all day in the Detroit area, supposed to be dry and warmer over the weekend though.
Still spring in the mid-west, and the temperatures here are still riding the roller coaster.

Good morniing Spies on a no commute, work from home wet Friday in the Motor City.
Should be able to at least have the Masters playing in the background today, and it will be interesting to see if the scoring pace of the leaders continues.
Range time for me tomorrow, and a round planned for Sunday, as the weekend weather here looks to be dry and warmer, so 60 - 70 degrees F.
Hope that your day is the best it can be, and that something fun and enjoyable is in your plans.

Was in the middle of taking my final for this class while the call was going on. Glad to hear you guys had a good one!
Hope you did well on your final too!

Another good call with general topics and discussions both verbally and in the chat feature by the members and moderators.
Jamie, @GolfSpy_APH provided some data on membership, posts, and some information on upcoming guests.
Masters tournament also briefly discussed and mentioned.
Discussions or questions asked were which topics are those in attendance interested in, and some discussion on those topics and products.
These calls not only provide insight and valuable information to those in attendance, it also lets the people behind the screenname interact with one another.
I look forward to these every Thursday.

I hope I’ll get there. Felt like I was in a good place after the first few times hitting balls, but yesterday swinging the club felt completely foreign and I had no clue what to do to attempt to fix.
Pretty sure that we ALL have been there before @cnosil and may even get lost in our ways again,
but it does come back and the most important part of the trip is the camaraderie

Thank you @TSauer! All of you, my thanks and thank you for putting up with my slowness! I think I figured out why I don't see the link: I get off work at 1600 est, so I guess I'm gonna have to hang out after work and listen in!
@Steve F that is exactly what I do to join the calls, stay a little longer after "normal working hours" to participate.
Also, here is a direct link from Google Chrome to the calls. I have it saved as a bookmark.

Good morning Spies on this Community Call and First Round at the Masters Thursday from a wet Michigan.
Raining here, and supposedly lasting all day today through tomorrow morning.
Although we can use the rain and I don't have golf plans until the weekend, not a big deal to me.
Hope you get the t/stat and wiring issue resolved @cksurfdude, a lot of great advice, but with you knowing exactly how the house heating is laid out, you will make the best decision for yourself.
Hope that all here have the best day they possibly can, that something fun and enjoyable may be in your plans, and hope to see many on the Community Call later today,

Good morning Spies on a cool and clear Wednesday here in the Motor City.
Did manage to get some real outdoor practice putting in yesterday evening at the course close to home.
At least that green has been rolled and mowed, so more normal surface than what I have seen out on the courses so far.
Normal work day for me here, although the number remaining is getting smaller fairly quick.
Hope that your day is the best it can be, and that something fun and enjoyable is in your plans.

I had that happen about 30 years ago. Got my oil changed at what must have been an Iffy Lube and the filter fell off completely on the way home from work at midnight. I found out then what a new/used engine costs, even one that consisted of two French hamsters running in a cage (the car was a Renault that I referred to as the POS).
Just a FYI - typically an imported vehicle engine or other major powertrain components typically are more expensive than the American vehicles, due to both quantity originally produced and how many actually may be here in the USA.
Although since the pandemic, nothing seems to be close to what the price it was before that event.

Congratulations to this group of testers.
Looking to read their comments and thoughts after putting these rain suits through the elements.

Good morning Spies on a clear Tuesday here in Michigan.
@Josh Parker and @jbern thanks for sharing the great photos.
@berkeleybob hope your wife gets better soon, and all resumes back to normal there.
I did see it get dark, like dusk here, and the temperature dropped about 6 or 7 degrees for a bit, and then it was back to daylight and warmth when it all ended.
We used a piece of cardboard with pinholes in it, held over your shoulder and projected onto another piece of carboard and was able to see the eclipse that way.
Hope that your day is the best it can be, and that something enjoyable is in your plans.
Putting practice for me after work is in my plans.

Excellent reviews @GolfSpy_BEN and @Michael.Sandoval33
Michael, glad to hear that your experience with the Q10 Max has both improved your confidence level and improved your scores.
Looking forward to hearing more lower scores as time progresses.
Ben, will be interested in reading how the Q10 standard may suit you better than the LS version, and hope to hear that the LS model improved the findings for @IndyBonzo
