Turns out... it's not as good as I was expecting.... dang! Well I'll drink it anyways. ☕️

Jameson's will improve any coffee. Make it even more Irish.

I prefer my coffee plain and bold, but if I am going to add anything Irish to it, it will be Baileys.  However, here in WA the taxes are killers.  I started making my own "Baileys" and while it's not bad, it's a pain to make every weekend.  I recently tried Costco's KSig Irish Cream, and it's the best next to Baileys that I have found and it's much cheaper.

Tim Hortons black. Always. DD tastes charred and Starbucks tastes like I'm licking asphalt in the AZ sun. I went to Kauai for my honeymoon and told my wife that the best coffee I've ever had was Kauai Coffee. Look it up.

Love coffee!

I make 16oz of pour over every morning when I am not traveling.  Vary from a Hario V60, Kalita, and Bonmac.  Love the ability to try different beans and really get the nuances of flavors.  My wife just rolls her eyes. lol.  If I am traveling I will use an Aeropress which doesn't make a lot but gets the job done...

Tarrazu?

- Alan

I don't think so. To be honest, I don't fully remember. It was a while back. A friend went to Costa Rica and brought home several bags. But I don't think it was Tarrazu...

I visited a plantation on Kauai. Probably the same one you're talking about. It was pretty cool to walk around and see how everything works!

We have all kinds of coffee makers, but this summer I went 100% cold brew in the french press. I've tried a lot of coffees, but have settled on Peet's Major Dickason's blend for its smooth chocolate & nutty flavors. In the mornings I'll make an iced latte and use Torani sugar free flavorings wth white chocolate being my current favorite. And for an afternoon pick-me-up just black over ice. Very Nice!

I also like to make iced lattes and mochas. What kind of espresso machine do you use?

We had a Pasquini, but got tired of the mess/process to make espresso, so we bought a Jura S9 that is pretty much a 1 button machine for every drink.

That's nice. I still have the Starbucks Barista machine, which is amazing for the price ($100). You have to do everything though, but I actually think it's kind of fun.

I use community coffee house blend. My brother uses the Dark roast, it has a very full flavor, but it's way to full for my taste

I have a small espresso pot. Single serve lattes with 1/3 milk and 2/3 coconut milk (unsweetened). I mix that with 1.5:1 espresso to milk/coconut. Add some honey and Damn!

... Staying in Phoenix for 6 weeks I ran out of the Intelligentsia I brought with me. Good thing because I found some Groundwork Certified Organic coffee that I fell in love with. An Ethiopia blend I enjoyed so much I bought 2 more 12oz bags and brought them home with me. I was very happy to find out I can order from Groundwork online and just picked up some Brazilian and another Ethiopian single source I am excited to try.
