LPGA Player Profile: Cheyenne Woods (PHOTOS)

With the LPGA still on its two week break before resuming next week with the playing of the UL International Crown in South Korea, it gives me the opportunity to do another player profile.

The player I have chosen today has a very famous uncle you may have heard of:

Cheyenne Woods.

No she would not but I think she has the talent and appeal to scratch out a pretty good living. In college she was very successful but that success has yet to transfer to the LPGA. I work with a young lady who is a close friend of hers and she says Cheyenne has to many irons in the fire. From modeling to Golf she doesn't focus on the Golf enough to make significant moves in the standings. I walked along with her for 18 holes last year. She is tall, athletic and has a great professional presence. If she wanted to put it all together I believe she probably could.

She's the Tiger's niece.

She's goof looking.

She's American.

Your response is spot on. I do wish she's give it the focus that it deserves - we could use another US player to challenge the ladies on tour.
