I get that. I had a second account on IG for a couple years and the second was made to look like a teenager so I could work my way into all the private groups my students were in that showed things like fights or smoking. Came in useful on multiple occasions to find out who was doing what.

Fwiw not saying this is anyone specifically here at all. (And definitely not you @Preeway), but more just me ranting... Makes me all the more happy we have our system here in place for testing to protect against bs nonsense like that.

I couldn’t fathom people making multiple accounts just get more testing opportunities but I guess it could happen. Always feel honored when I get lucky enough to be chosen as a tester already.

Absolutely agree. MGS was created on integrity of providing each golfers unbiased info and truth. That's also why its important that the MGS Team was a good system in place to reward those who are active to the community.

Ive donated both products ive been fortunate enough to test; the Precision Pro range finder is with my father-in-law bc he didnt have one and the irons to a good buddy who was taking up golf. Ping G710s are much easier to hit when learning.

Man, back in 2013 I went on an unreal streak with winning contests when I first got started with trying social media contests. Won my dad a new Cleveland putter, a year's supply of Kentwool golf socks, a new driver for my dad, and a Matt Kuchar Bettinardi for my collection. That was all in a two month period, then a month later I won Tour Issue iron shafts, a personalized driver shaft, some golf gloves, and a custom golf towel. In the 11 years since I've only won a year's supply of OnCore balls that I ended up giving away to friends, some tees, and that's it. I feel like I'm due a big ticket item!

My best wins are the Aerojet LS I currently have in my bag and a $300 gift card from BagBoy that I used for another Nitron in white camo to match my Ghost bag. Beyond that I’ve pulled off a pair of FootJoy golf shoes, Travis Matthews shirt and pants, head over from TPC Colorado and a polo and phone mount from Caddie Cocktails. Been pretty fortunate and have kept everything I’ve won.

That's a good haul! I've only given away the golf balls. Wanted to keep and use them but they did not fit my game at all.

Can't you guys see our IP Addresses that would negate the use of creating multiple MGS profiles? Yes, there are a lot of IG accounts that enter contests just to flip merch, which while I disagree with, is certainly their right to do with their winnings what they want. I only enter contests for items that I would actually use for myself or my wife. It's the same with entering testing opportunities here on MGS, I think I've only applied for 2 testing opportunities since 2020 as there haven't been a lot of items I would be passionate writing about.

I have yet to sell anything I've ever recieved.   I have given friends stuff that I don't use, but thats rare as I don't enter to win the same things over and over. I just tag people to help them
