Cnosil  -  That is a great question about why I chose the clubs to keep in my bag.   

My clubs are old and out of production, but we have a comfortable relationship.  

I love the loft and extra distance with my Rogue X.   I confess - a 130 yard 9 iron does help my ego:))

My Ping driver is way long in the tooth but when I swing that smooth inside-out swing and maintain my balance, the ball goes as far or equal to my friends with newer equipment.  My main battle however is repeating a controlled swing and even Freddie Couples driver wouldn't change a thing.

A friend gave me the 64 degree wedge 15 or more years ago and its great in the bunker and hitting a high soft shot on the green when there is a tight pin.
