I'm not a fan of the sock look sticking out of the top. I get its popular now in other athletic shoes but I wouldn't wear let alone pay for a pair of either shoe. Most of the other high tops that have come out I like and I would even wear a few of them. But these are a hard pass

I have the Puma Ignites.....very comfortable. The Nike/Ecco/Gfores are on the not affordable for retirees list.
