I have ZERO idea why more people do not play them... The difference between the TS1-IM & TS3 is very tough as far as feel goes, Sound you can hear the difference but both are great on miss hits compared to my current Mizuno 919 forged. I'm now trying to decide which model to order a full set in but the Mizzys will be going forsale very soon. Sometimes even the fulfillment seems to take a bit. Shipping time for all companies, not just GW is a hot topic amongst other golf groups I am in. Are they building the club for you? Build time can add significant time before shipping even occurs. Do you have a tracking number indicating the club has shipped? Did you create an account with GW? They are building the club for me, and I’m fine with a wait, but I hate companies that don’t communicate…especially those that don’t respond to email requests. I was also thinking of taking a route similar to yours and trying out the 7i in the mean time. So my current set up is a Cobra Amp Driver. Maltby 5,8 PW. Ping 60* and Cleveland Huntington Putter. Last week at my local course that I've been playing for about 5 years until I left golf for a couple of years, I shot an 84. The real challenge was the par 5's. No going for it in 2, just get to the 100 yard mark and let the PW do its thing. Overall the Maltby clubs are better than anything I've ever had in the past. And the price point is the icing on the cake. Me and the 5 iron are going to have a little chat today at the range (lol). I mainly want to see what the differences will be between the $200-$250 Maltby driver and a... (checks notes) $650-$850 driver from (whichever GT model is closest in design). I'm hoping he runs the Maltby with either of the GT models since he just reviewed them. That would be an interesting showdown. The fact that you can basically buy a set of Maltby irons and a driver for the cost of just a Titleist driver.. And they perform at the same level as the big boys.. might ruffle some feathers. It's crazy. Man I'm so tempted to get the new 3 wood. I LOVE the 7 wood and the Driver has been a beast. My PXG Gen 6 3 wood has just been so good though. I could basically sell it used and have enough for the 3 wood and the new wedges when they drop.
