Garsen Grip

Has anyone else tried these out and/or made the switch?

 

After years of using a Super Stroke Pistol GT Tour, I made the switch to a Garsen Quad Tour grip and never looing back! The flat edge on the bottom of the grip is small but I feel like it has improved my alignment and quieted my hands immensely.

I have always been a above average putter but sometimes didn't have that 100% confidence that my hands were at the correct position on the putter. I usually set my grip first from the bottom rather than the top and with the flat bottom of the Garsen putter I know to always let the putter rest on the middle phalanges bone of my index finger (middle bone) then wrap my hands around the putter.

This is the max and its...interesting...you really feel your arms put in a better anatomical spot as it forces your hands to grip beneath or behind the grip which then changes how your arms setup to the club.

We'll see...I am not against trying all three to see which one works best.

I tried the Quad Tour and liked it, but its’s not a teardrop like the others.

I have had the Max on for a couple weeks, and it has really helped. I’ve been working on not being so wristy, and I can really feel the difference. Confidence is way up.

I had one a putter i used for a season and recommend them

I switched to the MAX 15" as I was tending to grip low on the 34" putter with my right index finger on the shaft.   With the longer grip my fingers are  now completely on the grip and I feel like my touch has improved.   Over my last 5 rounds my Arccos app indicates that my putting has improved 4.6 in strokes gained.
