Golf Course Suggestions - Tampa FL Area

A buddy and I will be in the Tampa/Sarasota area to watch some spring training and we plan on playing golf 2 of those days (during the week a Wed-13/Thur-14)
Does anyone have any suggestions: We usually like to stay around the 60 and below for a round on these types of trips
Looking for something fun, laid back and a little challenging, nothing that I am going to be like SOB, why the hell are we even playing golf here.
