I really like the Tour AD chart for visually representing the relationship between their offerings. Does anyone know of a visual or interactive tool that does this across manufacturers?

The best site is probably https://www.golfshaftreviews.info/ becuase it uses a standard approach to measuring shafts across OEMS.  The problem with OEM charts like you are looking at is that OEMS measure things differently so high in one shafts may be mid in another.    The best for what you are looking for is the Maltby Playability factor:  https://www.golfworks.com/shaft-mpf-ratings/
