Down to 26.2, not a huge drop but a drop none the less. I actually shot 42 on the back 9 of my last round and was +5 over the 10 final holes. The game is definitely coming together.

Just dropped to 11.8, down from 17.1 10 months ago, and lowest I've been in 20+ years. Unfortunately, its going to be stuck there a while as my stress fracture heals. At least it won't be going up soon!

As predicted, still at 11.8. No golf at all during the reporting period will do that. Foot is still very sore. Pout

Mine sits at 4.9 up from 4.8 - I played well during that last period - everything in the 70's - the problem was that I had a 72 drop off.  Given that I haven't swung a club while away at a conference for the past week and a half I will work on bringing it up starting this afternoon.   

 

I plan to get four rounds in this week as I'm on vacation and freed from Bayou I'm hopeful that I will shoot some good scores in the 2nd two rounds (once I get my feel and swing back.)

Who knows. I haven't noticed any improvement yet after almost 4 weeks of relative inactivity. Changing strategy a bit, wearing the boot almost all the time now.

Same boat here brother, holding steady at 13. It's easy if you can't play.

Stock tip if anyone wants it, buy Tylenol stock. I think I'm keeping them afloat all by myself. 5 more weeks then I'll start chipping and putting. #GolfWithdrawal

Be super careful with the Tylenol fellas. We lost a brethren on my BBQ forum from OTC painkillers. He was an ex firefighter and due to work injuries was downing them...kidney failure and done.

Agree - taking these types of things for too long can cause different kinds of organ distress (and even ultimately .. failure...).

 

I have plenty of chronic aches and pains myself and would suggest to try things like...

- stretching

- or yoga

- non-impact aerobics; eg. walking, elliptical

- diet is important: protein, "good" carbs, healthy greens and fruit

- haven't tried it but some people claim gluten-free helps rid the body of inflammation

- topical creams (I also like Salonpas stick-on patches)

- heating pad followed by ice pack

- PT can provide corrective relief for some issues

- chiropractic (I know a lot of people **HATE** this but it can help)

- acupuncture

- Tai Chi

Started the season at 24..worked my way down to 19.5 and haven't played much in the last 2 weeks
