It's hilltop to hilltop and you can see a good portion of the racetrack from both tee and green. I made an ace there in a tourney while cars were out running so have super fond memories of that one! The other holes inside the track are flat and you can't see much so they don't really register as anything special about them.I think both #6 and #8 at Pebble fall into this category. I have never seen a 2nd shot that goes straight up a cliff like #6 and I've never seen an approach that is closer to death than the cliffside 2nd on #8. TheWahoo
Baywood Greens, a course in the Delaware portion of the Delmarva, has a par 4 incorporating an island. However, it is not an island green but rather an island fairway. It does have a bailout fairway to the right of the water, but it adds considerable length to the hole. Using that fairway, if one has the length to still hit the green in two, one must still negotiate the water. Me, I bailout and play to get on in three. Kenny B
#5 I've played the #14 floating green at Coeur d'Alene resort on my birthday in 2011. It's not that difficult of a hole, but I suppose it depends on how far out they move the green. It's a nice boat ride, and we got a big chocolate chip cookie for the ride. “We don’t stop playing the game because we get old; we get old because we stop playing the game.”

DaveP043
At Lahinch, Ireland, the 4th and 5th holes both feature blind shots over sand dunes. The 4th is a par-5 running directly away from the Atlantic in a valley between steep dunes. http://www.lahinchgolf.com/courses/old-course-championship/old-course-hole-4/ At the end of that valley is another dune, maybe 20 feet high, which crosses the fairway. You have your choice of a blind shot over the dune, or a safer play out to the right. Just to make it more fun, the 18th tee shot runs from left to right, just on the other side of the dune. When I've played it, there was a guy in a shack on top of the dune, telling when it was safe to hit. After that, it seems logical that the 5th is a 160-yard par 4, also blind over a dune to a green in the valley beyond. http://www.lahinchgolf.com/courses/old-course-championship/old-course-hole-5/ There's a white rock on top of the dune which indicates the line to the flag.
