808nation
I've tried Amino Vital Action and Lquid IV to keep hydrated during rounds, but personally they are no better than Gatorade or other thirst quenching drinks. What do you drink to keep hydrated? Will_Mac
Prior day when I know the round on the next day will be extremely hot, I've hydrated myself with Gatorade and lots of water. During the round, water.I've found this tact to work best for me. If I don't hydrate properly the day before, nothing will really help me much the day of. 808nation and tony@CIC

RickyBobby_PR
Hydration starts long before I hit the course. 1 gallon of water everyday. On the course I try to drink 8-16oz every 3 holes depending on the heat. If it’s really hot I’ll drink a g2 to replace electrolytes 808nation 1 Quote Driver: PXG 0811 X+ Proto w/UST Helium 5F4 Wood: TaylorMade M5 5W w/Accra TZ5 +1/2”, TaylorMade Sim 3W w/Aldila rogue white Hybrid: PXG Gen2 22* w/AD hybrid Irons: PXG Gen3 0311T w/Nippon modus 120 Wedges: TaylorMade MG2 50*, Tiger grind 56/60 Putter: Scotty Caemeron Super Rat1 Ball: Titleist Prov1

russtopherb
Just water. If I know it's going to be a hot day, I'm drinking well before the round even starts. Too many people don't start drinking until they're well on their way to being dehydrated. The key is to stay hydrated consistently and keep refilling the water bottle when you come across stations. GolfSpy BOS
Pretty much just water. If it’s really humid and I’m walking or I get a good sweat going I might switch between a water and Gatorade or Powerade. But mainly water and the occasional beer or whisky and ginger ale. Early morning rounds usually include a coffee with a splash of milk. Mutamycete
Water is the best one for me.Water is best suited for hydration and maintaining the water balance in the body. Unfortunately, water alone is not enough. The body needs the whole complex of vitamins for balance. In spring and autumn, I especially feel a lack of vitamins. This can be seen by the skin of the face, by the state of health, by the hair. In this case, only water does not help. According to numerous recommendations, I decided to try IV hydration therapy. I have read many reviews about this therapy and all were positive. Has anyone done this? Can you share your experience? I have consulted with a doctor and there are no contraindications.
