No email notifications

About 3 weeks ago I stopped getting notifications for anything. No posts, no mentions, no anything. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

You can change or adjust all your notification settings in your account settings. 

It could also be that the emails are going to you, but being put in the promotion or spam folders as well. I can see you are setup for emails, so double check your promo and spam folders first.

I’ve had this same issue and it was only emails from MGS that never showed up in my notifications. All other emails showed up. I noticed this going back several months, perhaps even late spring. I couldn’t figure out why but when I got a new phone this week all my email notifications started showing up again

... I have tried everything I could think of. Nothing in spam but spam. 13 years of email notifications and they just stopped.

... Thanks, pretty much my issue. Just MGS notifications stopped showing up. I still get the blast email, just not notifications.

Okay I tried a soft reset on the emails going to your account. We will see if that does anything. And you are sure they aren't going to a secondary folder like Updates, Promotions etc? That happens with mine form time to time and I have to go in and mark it for the main inbox. It is a feature in gmail or google linked accounts that resets when someone hasn't viewed or opened an email in a while.

In the “follow” button at the bottom of the page, what option is checked for notifications? It can be set to send an email anytime something is posted, once a day, once a week, or never send emails.

What email service do you use? Might try deleting your account in your settings and then reinstalling the information to see if that gets you a reset of sorts for all your email preferences. Try on both the computer and phone. I never could figure out why the blast emails showed up in my promotions folder but never could get a notification for the forum threads I follow. Still have no idea why it works now.

I would try to remove all mail accounts in the mail app and then add them back. Might act as a factory reset of sorts. I was still getting all my email notifications (I use gmail) from all other emails, but nothing from the forum. This might work. Or go into some of the threads you follow and click unfollow. Then after a day I’d go back in and follow again to see if they restart.

Sometimes internet providers just block certain domains.   I can't get the MGS main forum emails at my main account; even had Bennett specifically add my email address to their list and still didn't get them.  I had to use a different email service and then forward to my primary account.
