2013 KBS Shafts - (More Custom Options)

KBS has a couple of announcements for 2013 that they will be making over the next few weeks. To start, they are going to be delving deeper into "Custom" options starting this winter. No word yet what precise color / finish / laser options there will be.....but we do know there will be more new color options than shown below and also personalized laser engraving.

 

And another piece of good news for KBS fans. Prices are coming down. By learning how to automate the process significantly they are also going to passing these savings on to the consumer. Shafts will go from $49.95 to $40.95...almost $10 difference from 2012.

Really digging the blue labels, now I just need some for C-Tapers.

 

I'd also love to see the C-Taper with a matte black or white finish, that would be very cool.

Very cool and good business. The different color stickers are fun and probably dirt cheap in terms of cost. I think the black shaft with the laser etching looks really slick. The big question is: how does the black finish hold up?

KBS probably makes the coolest looking steel iron shafts, too bad other brands don't do this.

I'd love for them to offer the shaft stickers for sale as well, I need the blue ones to complete my new set im building

I'm gonna agree with everyone else in say thing that they definitely look cool. I am also a big fan of the black and blue combination. That's a shaft I would be happy to have on my clubs. The decrease in price is a very good sign too. The ten dollar difference is a big sign of effort, improvement, and modernization in the company that I think we are all happy to see. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think almost all of us are huge fans of KBS, so I'm hoping more improvements like this happen in the future.
