Friday the 13th - Any Golf Superstitions?

Paraskevidekatriaphobia -- or feat of Friday the 13th - is a thing.  

 

With that in mind - do you have any golf superstitions?  

 

Mine isn't really a SUPER-stition.  More like a regular stition -- I have to trim my fingernails before I play.  If the nails are long, it bugs me all day.

I am not really superstitious, or think much about Friday the 13th.  However, after I put on my first pair of Kentwood socks and shot a really low round, I don't play in anything else.

Ha ha, same here. I try to save my Kentwools just for golf. I also wore the same boxers for my singles matches this year (yes I washed them between rounds)

I wouldn't say that I'm superstitious but I am a creature of habit.  I always carry two quarters and three tees in my right pocket and a ball in my left.

I have a callaway hat I do t like to wear- seem to always play poorly when I wear it, so when I go to a new course I don't wear it nor do I buy callaway hats. That's superstition for you haha

Not a golf superstition but I have a family tradition on December 13th. I was mostly raised by my Grandparents and my Grandmom passed away very unexpectedly on December 13th when I was 20 years old. I dreaded that day for 12 years and was just in a miserable mood around that time until on December 13th my second child was born and has taken one of the worst days of my life and made it something that I can now celebrate. My daughter Reilly is my sweet little angel and every year on her birthday we go to our church and light a candle and say a prayer for my Grandmom. Even more special was that it was her idea a few years ago and now it is our tradition.
