I just purchased a older backup set of irons. Picture will be up once they arrive!

I have a little collection as I flipped clubs for a bit on eBay, but stopped after found it being a bit too much work and effort. That being said I do/will have a very nice backup set for travel and the cottage rather then having to lug my other set around. Only big question is which putter stays in the backup bag!

They're Maltby DBM Forged heads. They rank higher according to Maltby Playability Factor than my current irons and I don't have to sacrifice the thin topline look that I like. Here's a link if you want to look at the specs: http://ralphmaltby.com/products/maltby-dbm-forged-iron-heads/

 

I used to work at a golf shop so I know how to install shafts and grips and I'm excited to build my own set.

They arrived! In even better condition then I expected.

Had a quick session with them in the range. They do have graphite shafts... Holy light! Never played graphite before, but that being said they are a great set and felt great. Now to put together the full backup set!
