About to get my Dupytrens contracture fixed. Hopefully only a week or 2 off from golf. Looking forward to being able to put my glove on normally and catch a ball with my left hand

I just reviewed the architect drawings for the addition we are planning. My walk-in closet made the plans as well as my golf room/man cave. Only bad news is the four card Garage is out of scope.

If you saw my rant thread about my son and his Roblox account, I got some good news yesterday. After 6 days of dealing with their idiocy, including their insistence of getting a copy of receipts from iTunes after telling them repeatedly that we do not, never had and never will have an iTunes account and sending them the receipts from Google Play, twice, he has his account back.

 

He was beside himself and the next person for having it back and I became a hero for a little bit.

I'm happy for your son. I'm sure he was dying at the thought of starting fresh. Here's my former customer service question:

 

Did they compensate you at all for your trouble? They sent you through quite the rigamarole at no fault of your own.

I think "good" is the adjective he meant to put in there. Of course you can get hot dogs and pizza in Florida but it's not as good as you can get in northern cities.

 

I'll disagree with Rick on the seafood. Some of the best seafood I've ever had was in Florida. They don't have my beloved Blue Crabs but the Grouper and Dauphin is AMAZING down there.

About an hour away from stage 2

 

 

Bloody sore today, hoping it settles quickly and the procedure works.

 

Best part is my insurance is covering the entire procedure, despite it not officially being on their list. A lot cheaper for them than having things cut out, and better for me

Yep, the residents in my area sure do love their Blue Crabs.   I must admit that I like the taste of crab meet, but I'll be darn if I'm going to pound on and pick them suckers to get it.  Just give me a crab meat cocktail or a Smith Island Crab Cake and I'm happy. 

 

I have found a certain humor that when traveling though Virginia, the motto is "Virginia is for Lovers".   Hit the Maryland line and the motto becomes "Maryland is for Crabs".

Usually massanutten in virginia, but we skied at Wisp Ski Resort in western MD this go around (slopes were empty so we literally skied right into the lifts). Did see a skier wipe out hard on squirrel cage. Ski patrol had to pick him up. Might be skiing camelback in a few weeks for my son's 7 bday.
