KCLeo12
Great job! I found at least initially it's as tough to maintain the weight loss. Hope it comes easier for you. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpyThank you I am hoping that it will be easier for me since it’s not just some crazy diet it was a lifestyle change. I usually don’t have issues keeping it off but every time time I lose weight I ended up getting injured and then I put it back on while I recover. I am hoping that won’t happen again. revkev
I think I’ve finally found my weight. I’ve been 165.7, 5 of the past 8 days. I started at 209.4 in February and at that time my goal was 180. Hit that the end of April and made 168 my goal. Hit that the end of August and didn’t really set a new goal because that’s my college playing weight and puts my BMI inside the healthy range. Florida is the opposite from up north activity wise. It’s hard to stay active in the summer because of the heat and far easier as fall moves into winter. I’m comfortable that I can keep this weight off by continuing to eat mostly healthy foods and staying active. I will continue to check in here to support all of you who have supported me this year. Thanks for your help! One last thing, I ran into a couple of guys whom I used to play with at the local muni Tuesday. I was chipping and putting while they were heading out. They didn’t recognize me at first. They told me I looked 20 years younger.
