Recommended Half-Sleeve Pullover

I used to have a Zero Restriction Packable Jacket Half-Sleeve pullover that I loved.  It was windproof and water repellent (not waterproof).  It doesn't look like they still make it.

 

I am considering: FootJoy, Zero Restriction Power Tourque, Sun Mountain Tour Series, and ProQuip Ultralite.  

 

Most important to me are: freedom of movement, breathability, and quietness.  I might wear this in a light rain, but not a downpour.

 

Do you have a recommendation?  Is their something else I should be looking at?

Try the FJ. We have them at our club with the club logo. For $70. I can say you have great movement.
