dlow206
Started having a weird issue with my TSI 2. Once in a while on the range, I will hit a shot and the sound produced is an ear piercing sound, super loud. Anyone else experience that? The ball actually flies decently when I hit it like this, so its not like i am hitting it off of somewhere super weird on the club. MattF
Finally went out and hit the new TSi2 yesterday. I was first one on the range and by the time I finished there were about a dozen others there. I was really really happy with it. Hitting it about 230 into a stiff headwind, most shots were straight with some being a bit of a fade, but no bananas. dlow206
Was messing around with adapter settings on my TSI 2 out on the course today. Wanted to increase the launch, so jacked up the loft to 11.5. HeathS16
I am super excited to be playing my first competitive round with the TSi 3 next week! My buddy and I are wanting to try to play/qualify for the USGA team events (kind of a goal to help us stay motivated to work harder on our game). We signed up for a local tournament by OGA that is a 2-man best ball at one of the courses we play. Hoping the performance I have been seeing out of the TSi 3 holds up under some pressure! Rickp
So my Ping G410 plus Driver was sent to Ping for repair. The G410 has been my backup and a “crutch” if I didn’t feel comfortable with the TSi2 driver with a situation especially carry on some holes. With only the TSi2 in the bag the crutch was gone. The TSi2 was up to the challenge, long straight and carry was more than acceptable. Only one missed fareway that was a dead pull. hartrick11
My TSi3 is still safely in the bag as well. It's also worth noting, given the struggles of some other OEMs over the past year (see this year's CCC thread for example), just how good Titleist was to us with respect to our test. Despite supply chain challenges, our custom setups shipped out extremely fast. In my case Titleist provided a free TPI fitting and had the driver in my hands before you could even get one off the rack in stores! Ridiculously good service on their part. I know 2021 has brought different challenges to the OEMs than 2020 so the comparison may not be totally fair and I don't mean to throw stones, but my experience certainly renewed my appreciation for Titleist after not playing or even really considering any of their non-Scotty/Vokey offerings for >10 years. Hopefully they can get through what is sure to be a wildly popular iron series release without too much of a supply issue.
