SagedCrusader
It figures that I got fitted for 921 hot metals on Friday with the intent on buying in the next couple months. I guess I'll have to go back and hit the 923s when my fitter gets the fit card. anyone have any idea what the 923 price might look like? cksurfdude

Around the same as the 921's, so around $1,000 or so for the HM or HMP's. Forged and tour will be a bit more but they won't be out until next year. What shafts do you have in the T200 irons? Hey TD, I originally was fitted into the Mitsubishi Tensei Blue graphite shafts for my T200's, and I never clicked with them as an iron shaft. I was lucky enough to be selected as a forum tester for the Nippon Modus3 Tour 115 shafts and installed them into the T200's. It completely changed the feel of my irons for the better. I still have those shafts in my T200's. More details on those shafts by clicking the testing link in my signature if you are interested. As far as Hot and Forgiving... I wouldn't call them as much "hot" as "consistent". They are stronger lofted than my traditional blades, so in relative terms.. they are longer, and do a great job with launch angle (certainly higher flighted than my blades) - even though the Tour 115 shafts do tend to flight my shots a bit lower (but not complaining... it is a great flight profile for me). Forgiving... yes. My miss is toward the toe when I'm not swinging well... and sometimes thin. These T200's do a good job "saving" my mis-hits into something manageable. mynerds, cksurfdude, tdroma98 and 1 other 4 Quote Titleist TSR3 9* (A2 setting) Driver - Graphite Design Tour AD UB-5 R1 Titleist TSR2+ 3 Wood - Graphite Design Tour AD UB-5 R1 Srixon ZX 5W Callaway Paradym 4-PW Titleist Vokey SM9 50-08, 54-10 & 58-08 Scotty Cameron Super Select Newport 2.5 2023 Titleist ProV1
GolfSpy TCB
Because I was curious after my previous post on loft comparisons, I built this quick table based on some "unofficial" information I gleaned from the web - just as a reference. I also threw in the TM Stealth as a comparison as it is one of the stronger lofted offerings. Just some interesting notes from my quick review: The T200's are very similar in loft profile to the JPX923 HMHL. Where the HM and HMP are of course stronger lofted. The 923F is similar enough in loft to the the T200's that I could draw some good performance comparisons by testing those against my current set. The JPX923 Tour's are lofted exactly the same as the Pro 221 Blades which makes sense... I will be extremely interested to see the JPX tech at those lofts. The JPX923's I'm really looking forward to trying out are the HMP and the Tours. But that is going to be the difference of the next month or two... and sometime next year RollingGreens, tdroma98, cksurfdude and 4 others 7 Quote Titleist TSR3 9* (A2 setting) Driver - Graphite Design Tour AD UB-5 R1 Titleist TSR2+ 3 Wood - Graphite Design Tour AD UB-5 R1 Srixon ZX 5W Callaway Paradym 4-PW Titleist Vokey SM9 50-08, 54-10 & 58-08 Scotty Cameron Super Select Newport 2.5 2023 Titleist ProV1

Golfspy_CG2
Saw the whole new lineup this week Really not much different looking than the 921 lineup. Foeged is a bit smaller heel to toe and vey slightly thinner too line. Almost starting to blur into the Tour. But when you hold them side by side, thee is a little difference. Some other technical stuff that can be mentioned yet. In the Hot Metal the big news is a new model. The Hot Metal HL for High Launch. Same specs offset and size wise as the HM. But with slightly weaker lofts to increase carry and height. Especially in the 5-7 irons. We should have our fitting heads in next week and I’ll be interested to hit them.
